Ryan Posey, an associate of the firm, joined Bode & Grenier, LLP in 2011. He has litigated matters in federal and state courts around the country pertaining to:

Mr. Posey has represented individuals and businesses in a variety of civil litigation matters – from consumer mortgage disputes to civil rights claims to complex commercial litigation. Prior to joining Bode & Grenier, Mr. Posey was an attorney with Goodwin Procter LLP in Boston.
While in law school, Mr. Posey was a staff editor of the Harvard Journal of Law and Technology, as well as Director of Training of the Harvard Prison Legal Assistance Project. As part of the Harvard Prison Legal Assistance Project, Mr. Posey represented indigent inmates in disciplinary and parole hearings.
Mr. Posey studied international arbitration law in Sweden and coached Stockholm University’s team at the Willem C. Vis International Arbitration Moot in Vienna, Austria.
Mr. Posey is a member of the D.C. Bar's Litigation Section Committee on Alternative Dispute Resolution.
