This one-of-a-kind collar is a reproduction of a 1950s costume. Clown costumes for Halloween and costume parties were popular throughout much of the late 19th and 20th centuries. This collar is made from tulle Swiss dot yardage and trimmed with vintage purple rickrack. It ties with a ribbon, which can be worn both in the front or the back.
