Client Care & Communications:
Manage customer service, online client communications, and non-product pages.
Oversee and resolve any returns and shipping issues with online clients.
Provide input into site enhancements to improve the long term customer experience of Bode’s website.
Create and update guides for all external facing functions, including customer service responses, shipping and return policies, etc.
Produce hangtags for all collection styles based on historical research and understanding of reference textiles, notes from the design team, and/or walkthrough with designers.
Create and update copy status log for all styles, including product information from production and design teams.
Produce web copy in Shopify for all collection and OOAK styles derived from hangtag copy and information from the production team on the country of origin and fabric content
Maintain status log of all OOAK copy with a guide for identifying the original fabric.
Print and apply all hangtags to OOAK garments before being allocated, roughly 100-200 a week.
Create hangtags for any studio projects that fall outside both collection and OOAK (ex. special Halloween styles).

The ideal candidate should have 2-4 years of experience in luxury fashion public relations either in-house or at a relevant agency, and possess excitement about working for the Bode brand. The PR Coordinator must have great organizational skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and be a team player. Additionally, the ideal candidate must possess exceptional communication skills, be resourceful, and have extensive knowledge of industry media/contacts.
Support the Director of Public Relations with the daily tasks of the PR office
Respond to external and internal requests and coordinate sample arrangements
Manage logistics of shipments and messenger deliveries including prompt send outs and returns
Meticulous tracking of samples both internally and externally
Timely and accurate communication regarding collection assets, hi-res image requests, and credit requests
Manage weekly press activity and reporting to ensure timely distribution and tracking of press credits

Maintain stockroom standards through organization by category as directed by Retail Management team and Inventory & Planning Manager
Ensures permanent accuracy of stock in store and organized weekly/monthly cycle counts as directed
Ensure accurate receipt of shipment deliveries from fulfillment center and controls upon receipt of merchandise (accurate sizing, tickets with pricing, etc.)
Manages and follows up with stock transfers between the stores, warehouse and any stock sent for commercial activities (consignment, stylist/studio/tailor shop pulls, loans, photo shoots, etc.)
Oversee all incoming and outgoing shipments and provide administrative support to the team in booking couriers, deliveries and transfers (to clients and the studio)
Partner with studio team and Store Management/Operations team to prep and execute quarterly store inventory to impact store shrink percentage
Share inventory results, consignment and shipping issues, and any relevant operational topics to appropriate departments
Master working knowledge of logistics technology (RLM, Shopify, inventory scanners and inventory tracking systems)
Support the retail store, coffee and tailor shops with shipping and receiving as needed (client orders, supply deliveries, etc.)
Participate in the morning team briefings and shares important operational information with the store team
Provide operational support to the store regarding supply orders (client refreshments, cleaning supplies, PPE, packaging, etc.)

Bode is looking for an Operations Associate to join our Hester Street team. Candidates will ideally possess a minimum of one year experience working in a luxury retail back-of-house environment, have an interest in contributing their skill and knowledge of operations, stock, logistics, and should be familiar with the Bode brand. The Operations Associate must also be someone who is extremely organized, loves problem solving, and approaches their role proactively. Additionally, the Operations Associate will secure back-of-house efficiency, supporting the store team in providing optimal service to clients, and ensuring all processes are completed in line with the standards of Bode.
