Assistant Store Manager (New York)
Salary range: $50-$65k annually

Bode is looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join our Hester Street team. Candidates will ideally possess a minimum of two years experience working in luxury retail or hospitality and be excited about working for the Bode brand. The ASM must have exceptional leadership skills, be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Support the Store Manager to execute daily operations including opening and closing procedures, supervising the sales floor, overseeing client relations, inventory management and press/stylist relations
- Support Store Manager with talent recruitment, performance management and development of sales and operations staff
- Aid with staff training and lead sales team in executing the luxury selling ceremony to drive and maximize sales and KPI goals
- Understand and analyze sales reports to determine business needs and strategies for improvement
- Lead morning meetings with sales team in the absence of the Store Manager
- Compile daily EOD recaps with sales reporting and key insights such as best-selling items, visitors-of-note, etc
- Support with the execution of shipment, product transfers, and order fulfillment in partnership with the Operations Associate
- Oversee cash wrap, inventory management and stockroom organization in partnership with the Management team and Operations Associate
- Manage daily, weekly, and monthly cash procedures (deposits, change, petty cash reconciliation) in partnership with the Store Manager
- Execute weekly/monthly supply ordering based on business needs
- Support with scheduling and payroll management based on business needs
- Support the sales team with execution of weekly outreach, client inquiries via store phone, and store email account via Gorgias
- Aid in planning and execution of store events in partnership with the Store Manager and Studio team
- Execute stylist/press pulls in partnership with studio team as needed
- Oversee and adhere to daily/weekly visual guidelines, store presentation and cleanliness standards
- Update visual presentations as needed based on product performance, sell-through and visual directives
- Working with Operations Associate to anticipate incoming product and plan visual merchandising
Sales Associate - Full-time and Part-time (Los Angeles)
Salary range: $20-$24 per hour

Candidates for the Sales Associate position will ideally possess a minimum of one year experience working in luxury retail or hospitality and should be familiar with the Bode brand. Sales Associates are responsible for achieving sales goals by building and maintaining client relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining visual standards. Additionally, Sales Associates must retain and communicate detailed product knowledge, prepare merchandise to be presented on the sales floor, and foster a warm, welcoming environment within the store.
