Kovalam Flower Shorts - S/M
These shorts are made from deadstock jacquard fabric, circa the midcentury. Jacquard weaving, which is done with a loom attachment invented by Frenchman Joseph Marie Jacquard around the turn of the 19th century, allows intricate patterns to be woven directly into the fabric. The shorts are cut according to a traditional rugby silhouette, with a short inseam and wide leg opening. Hand-mending throughout.
- Elastic waist
- Dry clean only
All wear, mending, and idiosyncrasies are unique to the original textile.
