Ladder Linen Pajama Pants
These pajama pants are cut from antique French bedlinens, circa 1890s-1920s. The fabric was decorated with ladderwork, a needlework technique in which threads are removed from the fabric and the remaining threads are bound together in a ladder-like pattern. Each piece is made from a different piece of antique linen, so colors will vary. Hand-mending throughout.
- Drawstring waist
- Two side seam pockets
- One back patch pocket
- Dry clean only
All wear, mending, and idiosyncrasies are unique to the original textile.
