Alberobello Pastel Crochet Shirt

This shirt is made from heavy crochet, circa 1930s-1950s, with blocks of pastel crocheted flowers. The original scalloped edge has been preserved along the hem, and the shirt is closed with button loops, a fastening style common in summer knitwear. Hand-mending throughout.
