Prosperous Poppy Kids' Jacket - OS

This jacket is made from an antique appliquéd quilt, circa 1860s-1890s. Appliqué quilts were almost always made in red and green during the 19th century, usually on a white background with accents of yellow or pink. Hand-mending throughout.
