Return Policy
Items are eligible for exchange or return for store credit only. We are happy to accommodate exchanges within 14 days of purchase or within 14 days of delivery or pickup for online orders. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with tags still attached. Senior Cord, undergarments, socks, holiday styles and exclusive collaborations are final sale.
We cannot accommodate returns or exchanges for Bode items purchased from other retailers including full full-priced or secondhand items.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. In the event your package goes missing, please notify us immediately at orders@bode.com to file a claim with the shipping carrier. Please ensure to enter the correct email upon checkout to receive the transit and delivery confirmations.

For international returns and exchanges, please contact orders@bode.com. We will provide an express prepaid return label for shipment via DHL using our negotiated rates. The cost of the prepaid return label will be deducted from your store credit or exchange value. By using the provided returns waybill, you consent to this deduction.
