This tote is inspired by a 1920s reticule—a type of small handbag with a drawstring, popular from the 19th through the early 20th century. We reproduced the original crochetwork, beaded leaves and flowers, and small, bell-like charms, adding a beaded red "Bode." All beading is done by hand.
